Libido in men simply means men's capability and interest in sexual activities such as foreplays and sexual intercourse (coitus). Male libido is all about having sexual thoughts and desire to enjoy the sex in various ways. It could be simply getting aroused by seeing naked or topless females or the urge to masturbate or to have some female partner for physical satisfaction through performing several sexual acts. Unfortunately loss of libido is becoming quite common in females and more in males. If your remarks are 'true' for more than 5 of the above, you may need to pay attention to something called 'lacking, decreased, reduced libido in men'. This is because; such issues are to be tackled as early as possible before they involve some other complications and may become stubborn to treat.

Fortunately, there are many therapies and techniques that help in correcting libido in men. Such treatments come in the form of consumption of male libido enhancing pills/capsules, topical creams, gels, oils, sprays or even lotions. Some health care providers favour performing some exercises to tackle altered libido in men, especially if it is due to premature ejaculation or weak erection. 2. Poor blood circulation ? For proper erection it is very important to have good blood circulation. When you are aroused your heart beats and you can feel the blood being pumped to the genitals. As we get older, circulatory problems can kill libido and sex drive.

3. Low testosterone - Other common problems which lower sex drive and libido are stress fatigue and low energy levels and as we get older at some point men will have low levels of testosterone, the key male sex hormone.
