When a frustrated person needs your comfort and support, you are most likely to utter the world-famous phrase "spare your nerves". What do we usually want to advice with it? This is no remedy that promises quick recovery; this is a piece of advice saying to stay calm in any situation, be cool-minded and not to rush to appear in the middle of the conflict. Scientists call this advice stress elimination. There are a number of factors that cause stress but only the most popular ones are worth mentioning.
Conflict stress. People whose personality is humiliated will ever give their positions. Our advice will be not to either. But when it comes to tiny quarrels at home with the family members, disputes at the office over latest news in sports, arguments about whose place have you taken in a public transport, it is better to step back for somebody else to destroy his/her nerves. There is nothing more important then health and you know it better than any doctor you consult. Try to assess the situation objectively and see who is really opposing you. If it is a lion that longs for "meet" that currently appears to be you, respond with humor and the fire will soon be put down. If it is a poor rabbit-victim that you see in front of you, make it possible for him to recall how kind and generous you have always been. Failure stress. This is a type of thing that humans are frightened most of all. This is where we get stress from. No matter how hard you try, nothing seems to move from the dead point. This leads to over exhaustion and a nervous breakdown. When you are about to forget about the whole matter, stop and take your time to reconsider. Maybe all you lack to succeed is to build the basis of it? For instance, if you have always had problems with writing and recollecting things in memory stop your useless tries and asks your tutor for assistance.
Monotony stress. Life without problems has been attractive to those who always have them. But, as for those who live the happiest life ever, they do doubt about its sense. When life is not a challenge that brings no surprises, no new aims leaves no room for development and brings a person down slowly but surely. The advice would be: stay out of trouble when the reward is not worth it and accept the challenge when something great is about to happen.
