Hotels and resorts in Los Cabos are plagued with timeshare salesman. You will first get approached as soon as you walk into the hotel grounds or the lobby. On rare occasions people do end up staying in a room they haven't even booked, and some even end up in a hotel they haven't booked. If you're going on your Cabo vacation with friends then you can split the cost of your luxury villa between you. This can make your vacation cost the same, or even cost less than a stay at a busy, crowded hotel. You will however, need to adjust the amount you all put in to go with the size of the room you'll sleep in, or you can exchange rooms throughout your vacation. All Cabo villas have maid service so the bed linen gets changed regularly.
