How To Release Your Way To Success Using The Sedona Method
by Sam Beatson, Sam
In the 20th century, there was a physicist named Lester Levenson who taught happiness, joy and effortless getting of what you want in life or as he put it "going free." He had a number of students some of whom, such as Hale Dwoskin and Larry Crane have gone on to be highly successful in publishing Lester's message through "The Sedona Method" and "The Release Technique" respectively.

The Sedona Method allows you to tap in to your innate ability to be able to let go of feelings and emotions with the outcome of finding beneath those feelings lie greater freedom, states of happiness, harmony and bliss that may not have felt apparent on the surface but beneath the surface are there all the time. It is very easy to "let go" using the Sedona Method.

Lester Levenson said in one of his lectures to students of "The Method" "see, I am using your ego to undo your ego" - in other words, Lester recognised theat by ridding oneself of their ego, freedom ensues. Dropping the ego and "going free" using the Sedona Method according to Lester Levenson can be done in 3 months of releasing. The goal in releasing using the Sedona Method is to take the state of Ultimate Happiness and have that state on a continuous basis "with no tainted sorrow" - that which everyone is seeking.

In one of the recordings of him, Lester said he is too dignified to use the phrase that Werner Erhard of EST used at that time - that people are "AH's" - you can guess what that stands for - for not taking the afore-mentioned state. The state where getting what you want drops naturally and effortlessly in to your awareness. Whatever you put in to your mind, materialises instantly.

Lester did purport a message that Love is what we should be doing. And that by giving love it is the best thing that we can do. The Sedona Method teaches people how to get rid of their "non-love" feelings by dissolving them from within rather than seeking a fix from without - allowing yourself to go inside, dig deeper and get rid of the "four wants" - wanting approval, wanting control, wanting security and wanting oneness.

The four wants are what culminate in the feelings and the feelings result in the thoughts that may or may not be getting you what you want in life. By uncovering what is beneath the wants - freedom, impertability, bliss, the eternal - the person using the Sedona Method to go free finds themselves becoming lighter, happier and getting what they want more and more easily.

Here is a list of benefits of learning the Sedona Method as given by Larry Crane in the accompanying workbook to "The Abundance Course" that teaches Lester Levenson's famous "Release Technique" and help people to let go and go free: learn to trust yourself; improve relationships; drop unwanted habits; eliminate stress; unlock what's holding you back from having total abundance and joy in your life - once and for all.
