I have a motivational question that everyone must ask yourself, "How would the person I would like to be, do the things I am about to do". I want everyone to ask yourself what you want to be. How is the things you do will affect what you want to be?

Many people always want to know more about something that they want to know but how? If you want to know more, notice more. Always do notice what is coming. If that particular something is coming, what do you need to do in order to get ready or prepare for it? You need to have a plan to get ready or prepare for that oncoming asteroid.

Nowadays, most people, especially young people, stop re-learning. What is re-learning? Re-learning is a must for everyone who want to be ahead of other people. So never stop re-learning. Why? Because skills and knowledge become obsolete faster than ever. If your job evolves faster than you do, you will be outdated and most probably will be replaced too. What kind of skills do not become obsolete? The answer is soft skills because soft skills produce outcomes.

All leaders will embrace the "Genetic Code". What are the "Genetic Code"? There are purpose, vision, mission, values and brand identity. When an individual has the access to the information and therefore has the power to make decision, self-leadership is came.

What is self-leadership? It is ability to get yourself to do what needs to be done, when it needs to be, whether you feel like it or not, and still do it well. There four main points that relate on self-leadership.

Action which relates what needs to be done.

Timing which relates when it needs to be done.

Motivation which relates whether you feel like it or not.

Quality which relates still do it well.

If you have this four points in you, this means you able to lead yourself.

If you know what you want to be in the future, you got to aim high. Aim as high as possible. Why? Because the future you see defines the person you will be. Want to be a leader, you have to lead with your heart and guide with your head.
