Your first company you may be with for some few years. You will always have a career planning because the demands of living will certainly increase as you go further into your career. At the end of your career, you need to make enough money to last the rest of your life. If you retire at 65, you could have twenty or thirty years more to live life, but you need to make it sure that you will have enough money so that you can live with comfort.
