Ask yourself the questions what products and structures are you most comfortable with. There is a nugget of wisdom someone once said, "Love what you are doing and the money will follow." See if they will answer your emails or phone calls diligently and on time, or are they too lazy or pre-occupied with other things to care about your important business needs? Make sure they are available for 3-Way calling when you have a prospect to call. Make sure they will be available to properly train you on all aspects of how to properly run your business. You can do upline research and speak with their upline, or better yet, speak with someone side-line to them. Of course you don't want to directly ask them about them, because they will only say what you want to hear so you'll signup under them instead. But inevitably in the end you have to make the best, long-term business decision for you and your family.

No one wants to invest their time, resources and dreams into something that turned out to be someone else's pipe dream that didn't work out. It pays to be cautious.

Go to their company websites and get all of the pertinent company information about the founder, the executive team, the company's history and track record. If this information is not available, request it from them. Verify the information you get. Make sure this a solid.

The Network Marketing Programs should be solvent, financially sound. Is the product line sound? Does the founder have a good track record with previous programs? Is the MLM compensation plan on a solid platform? What are the mechanics for creating a downline for yourself?
