In order to do this, you need to find a subject that people are searching for information on. This is where the research comes in.

There are several ways to go about obtaining this information such as searching on the internet, using keyword generation tools, or just keeping your eyes open. Do you and the people around you seem to have a need for certain information? See if you can capitalize on that.

Getting Traffic

Once you've determined that a topic is a good one to work with, your next goal will be to get traffic. An important way to do this is to find excellent keywords for your content. First, start a blog or a website on the subject you chose. Then, find a good keyword. Try to reserve your domain name or blog URL if it is a free service with the keyword in it.

As a general rule, you'll want to find keywords that get a decent amount of traffic. There are a lot of different methods for doing this including typing the phrase in Google and using more advanced techniques.

Once you find keywords that you want to use, your next step is to write helpful articles using the keywords. Choose one keyword and turn that into your title. You can also use other methods of getting traffic like article marketing and pay per click.

Find the Product

Your next step is to find a product to promote that is related to the subject of your blog or website. Look for one that awards a decent commission of around 50% or so – that way you can make a good amount of money per sale. Also make sure the sales letter for the product looks convincing and professional and that the product has been getting good reviews if it's been around for a while.

Convert the Traffic to Sales

An example of this would be to say, “For more information about the subject, click here,” and then include the link.
