Making Eggless Scones

Eggless Scones

2 Cups Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 TBL Spoons Baking Powder
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 Cup Cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine dry ingredients and mix. Add Vanilla to Cream and Stir. Slowly Mix wet and dry ingredients in a large bowl. Dump onto baking sheet and mix until it all sticks together when you shape it into a disk about an inch thick. Use a pizza cutter and cut into 6 or 8 slices and separate.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until top browns.

Glaze
1/4 cup milk
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Confectioners Sugar (You can use regular sugar but you will need to stir longer)

Combine Milk and Vanilla in medium pan and heat over medium. Add Sugar and Stir for 4-5 minutes or until it thickens.

Spoon on tot he top of cool scones and let the glaze rest until cool to the touch.
