Life is one of the most precious gifts given by the creator to us. It is up to us how good we lead our life. Fitness and exercise is something that adds meaning to ones life. It is well said that healthy mind lives in healthy body. Hence, it is really very important to maintain healthy body in order to live life fully. To remain healthy, most important part is to maintain healthy body.

Exercise and proper care extended to oneself offers a healthy and happy life. It is believed that fit body is the house of fit and healthy mind. A fit person is capable to give and get the best out of any source. Frequent and regular physical exercise is an important component in the prevention of some of the diseases of affluence such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity.

When exercising, it becomes even more important to have good diet to ensure the body has the correct ratio of macronutrients whilst providing ample micronutrients, this is to aid the body with the recovery process following strenuous exercise.

It is believed that everybody; even the animals have a particular water level that needs to be maintained. Animals, while running and by performing certain activities sweat and burn their calories and maintain their body. Similar is the case with human beings, they too require to maintain exact water level and fitness, but they require exercise to maintain their body.

As civilization and westernization era is coming where in people are getting more and more busy in there lives and hardly remember to take care of their health. In this situation maintenance of health and water level is also becoming a bit harder. Hence, a strong need of exercise is felt. Daily workout and exercise helps an individual to maintain his water level. As exercise lets a person loose the water through perspiration and after the workout over or even while working out a person tends to feel thirsty so intake is also maintained.

Recognition that one has reached one's high water mark for this life and nothing more can be expected. This may be true from the personality angle, but the soul remains eternally young and unsatisfied, knowing no static point. There are a lot of ways to maintain the water level it can be done by doing yogic exercises or jogging etc in routine life. The important point to always consider is that one requires maintaining oneself absolutely fit in order to enjoy the nectar of life granted to us by the creator.
