While I don’t think that rowing will be the next spinning as some rowing enthusiasts feel, it is a great exercise and one that fits in well with circuit training and cross training. Still, a 50 minute class in rowing seems pretty extreme. Rigorous rowing for 5 or 10 minutes is going to be a lot for most people.
