The first thing you'll want to do is download a free tool called a tabbed browser that will greatly help in managing these sites.

Without this you would have to have 20 windows open at one time and go from one site to the next trying to surf through each one. Impossible. This will save you a tremendous amount of time and effort.

Here is a list of the traffic exchanges I've found to be the best at generating traffic to my site. The other strategy to look at is in buying credits on these sites. You'll not need to surf so much but will still get the traffic. Keep in mind that your audience in these traffic exchanges are primarily network marketers. make sure your offering is a service, product or tool they can use to build their business.

It will take a bit of work on your part to get all of these set up and your website(s) url listed in each one. Then you'll want to open each one of your surfing links into your Advant Browser and save it to a group. Once you've done that you can open up the group and start surfing.
