The new LG KE850 is a blend of creative design and utility. With an array of tech-savvy and easy to use features, the handset has the ability to capture the eye of onlookers almost instantly. This phone has been developed by LG Electronics in collaboration with Prada, a fashion house. The extra-wide, 3-inch WQVGA-resolution touch screen interface is situated above the ergonomic keypad and navigational keys. The screen covers much of its front surface. The phone weighs merely 85grams and measures 99mm in height, 54mm in width and 12mm in thickness.

The KE850 is equipped with 2 megapixel camera that comes with Schneider Kreuznach lens. With this unique lens, one can easily capture clear and perfect still images and video clips. The users can incorporate quite a few special effects as well to make their images all the more endearing; the camera comes loaded with LED flash, zoom and easy to use photo settings that can be used for this purpose. Moreover, the users can enjoy playing video clips in many of the popular video formats such as MPEG4, H263 and H264.

On the musical front, the LG KE850 or Prada allows users to listen the latest chartbusters or old songs on a built-in music player. The music player supports various music formats such as MP3, AAC, WMA and RealAudio. To get the updates on the latest news, songs or weather, the users can tune-in to the FM radio as and when they want to.

With 8 MB of shared memory, the users can store multimedia content such as innumerable songs, video clips and pictures. With the help of MicroSD memory card, one can expand the memory storage as well. In addition, this handset has the capability of providing fast and efficient transfers using the EDGE technology that is considered almost 10 times faster than GPRS. The document viewer tools in allow the users to work on Microsoft Office Mobile applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat files. The users can enjoy unlimited internet surfing in the handset, with Adobe Macromedia Flash support.
