First up, in Sony Ericsson's christmas lineup, we have the Sony Ericsson K850i, their newest Cybershot phone. Being a phone under the highly celebrated 'camera series', the Sony Ericsson K850i comes with an impressive imaging prowess.
The camera is of 5-megapixel sensor, with autofocus and a xenon flash. In terms of camera software, the handset offers advantage to shoot still pictures and video, adjust the white balance and picture quality, and share pictures via MMS, email or blogs. There is also the option for BestPic. Probably, the only difference between the camera software of Sony Ericsson K850i and its predecessor is that the latter includes something called Photo Fix that automatically adjusts light balance, brightness and contrast.
And as far as the hardware changes of the camera goes, the K850i includes a special operation. When you activate the camera, the 1, 4, 7 and asterisk keys turn into camera hard keys and give you direct access to some of the camera settings.
Other highlights of Sony Ericsson K850i includes 3G /GPRS /Infrared /USB, tri-band, Bluetooth, 64MB of memory, media player and FM radio.
Secondly, we have the W910i, their newest and best Walkman phone. The latest music phone Sony Ericsson W910i Grey delivers an unparalleled musical experience with a plethora of entertainment features, including the best new feature, Shake Control, where you simply wiggle the phone to change tracks. The handset supports a Disc2Phone music management software to get music from your computer into your phone. This latest Walkman media player produces a superb sound with features like TrackID, TrueBass and Graphic Equalizer. The 2 megapixel camera comes with video recording skills. Connectivity features include GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth and USB. Focussed on music lovers, the sony ericsson W910i also offers messaging options like SMS, MMS and emails. The built in memory of 12 Mb is supplemented by a 512 Mb external memory card.
