This office remains registered with the Companies House and all the mails from the House are sent to this address. The company secretary is supposed to respond to the mails.

Apart from these formalities, there are some other important points on which the prospective businessman should provide information to the concerned authority. Taking care of all these formalities may become difficult for anybody, particularly for the overseas businessman.
