It resembles a modern and hip café adapted from the streets of o The Food The menu is extensive and hosts an eclectic mix of east and west.
If you have a small appetite, there are many snacks, starters and salads for you to just pick on. The Lebanese Lamb is an interesting way to start off your meal. It resembles a giant curry puff and can often be ordered as a main course because of its substantial size. Alternatively, you can share it with your fellow diners. The lamb is marinated and wrapped with tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and green chilli and oozes with an oriental flavour to without compromising its Lebanese origins. The Mixed Seafood Risotto is highly recommended. This rice cake served with scallops, prawns, squid, fish and octopus comes in a generous portion. Each piece of fresh seafood is carefully cooked to perfection sealing in its flavour and juices. Don’t forget to try the Chocolate Volcano which is absolutely divine. Topped with vanilla ice cream and oozing chocolate fudge, it is not too sweet and rich which makes one serving a perfect end to the meal. o The Service The service staff at Telawi Street Bistro is friendly and very attentive. They do not hesitate to make sure your dining experience is a satisfying one. The only setback is that the food comes slower than expected. Giving the benefit of doubt that the chef is whipping up a flawless and perfect dish, they do make up for it by your gourmet food experience thereafter and serving French loaf with olive oil and vinegar to sooth your tummy before the meal.
