MEDITERRANEAN BUFFET

21 on raja is the favorite place for Mediterranean food lovers. The buffet includes prawn bacon roll, crostini of smoked eel, grilled chicken satay in Balinese spices.

Must try iteam in buffet are duck liver with sweet pears, macaronis with chicken, garbanzo beans, seafood, stewed fillet of danish cold water halibut, jumbo prawns with saffron paella, bread butter pudding with dates and the dark chocolate fondant with raspberry.
