2. Landscape architecture

Landscape architecture is the design of outdoor public areas, landmarks, and structures to achieve environmental, social-behavioral, or aesthetic outcomes. Urban design is a science about the process of designing and shaping cities, towns and villages. Whereas architecture focuses on individual buildings, urban design address the larger scale of groups of buildings, whole neighborhoods and districts, of streets and public spaces, and entire cities, to make urban areas functional, attractive, and sustainable.

Urban design can make a connection between people and places, movement and urban form, nature and the built fabric.
