P S's Painting and Waterproofing group provides a consultative approach to our clients painting and waterproofing needs. PS not only recognizes the importance of the aesthetic of our property, but also the need to protect it from the harsh and corrosive elements that deteriorate the buildings structure. Our painting and waterproofing services include a diagnostic evaluation of all building components that are root causes to moisture intrusion and the failure of a structures envelope. These moisture related failures often result in the degradation of the concrete structure, rusted rebar, spalled concrete, and failed interior/exterior wall systems which lead to higher repair costs. Our diagnostic approach to failed building façades have resulted in the repair and restoration of wall construction assemblies which often result in condensation phenomena, mildew and fungi that prematurely degraded building components.
