Great Price Was second cheapest company in my 4 quotes. However they were much more professional, and they had offices in a few other regional countries. Have recommended Vanpac to my neighbour, and understand they have decided to go with Vanpac. Overall, a very friendly company.

Just had my pack out to Surrey,UK for a shared option. Vanpac managed to provide a quote and come down on short notice as many other movers could not make it. Its been 2 weeks now since they took my stuff, so far no issues, fingers crossed!. Packing service was decent, and charges were reasonable. If this goes well, will consider to move with them again.

Vanpac in Singapore is terrible. They quoted, I compared the quotes against other shippers. I chose Vanpac because it was affiliated with a US company. I paid the quoted price and they packed my items. After packing the owner of the company tried to charge me a substantial amount more which blew the initial quote out of the water. What was the point of quoting if they can't do a proper surver and proper quote of volume. That was 3 months ago. My items have not been shipped. Vanpac have appropriated all my possessions and are "storing" them in their warehouse. They do not respond to calls or emails. Vanpac advertises a "Hassle-free move" but it has been a nightmare.

When your shipper - who has been paid a substantial sum of money- tries cheap tricks on you it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. He has appropriated my items. Be warned.
