About Us

AJInoMORI is a casual izakaya hangout set in the cosy Holland Village enclave. AJInoMORI, taking its name from the combination of the Japanese words 味の森, means a ‘forest‐ful’ of flavours for the palette. It typifies the AJInoMORI izakaya style where a wide selection of modern Japanese dishes can be shared by everyone over drinks.

A beautiful art piece adorns the entrance of Ajinomori and the decor gives one a very cozy, homely feeling, with soft jazzy music playing in the background.

Recommended the "Unagi Sushi Roll"
a very filling dinner, with a great ambience. though price is a little steep, but i would say it is worth it for japanese cuisine lovers.
the salmon here is of top class grade. delicious.
my girlfriend has been telling me how nice the food are at this restaurant many times but only gotten to try it recently. we went for dinner there with another friends, my girlfriend said there are more variety of set meals to choose from during lunch and at a cheaper price. in the end, we ordered three different set dinners. could not remember the set name but it came with the main course=beef cubes and several side dishes including chawamushi. i would say the portion is quite generous and very filling but the price was a little steep for dinner. 1 of the better jap food in sg... the portion is big and even the side dishes that come with the set menu also tasted great... the chirashi don was great... had generous serving of sashimi.. the unique thing was some of the seafood was half grilled and it give the don extra taste & fragranceSpending: Approximately SGD 20
i went there 2 weeks ago,we saw that the price was quite reasonable about $15-$16++ for a set we ordered salmon set,chicken curry set & grill salmon set the potion was quite a lot ,the tofu was very soft,chawamushi there\'s ginko,mushroom,prawn & my favourite was the grill salmon,i waited for about 20mins but really worth to wait for it salmon was very soft,tender,the skin was crispy with teriyaki sauce on it we also top up $3 for match azuki pudding pudding was soft,not too sweet,the taste of matcha also not too strong,just nice i really love thier food & would go back againSpending: Approximately SGD 20
Lovely ambience , authentic japanese seating , cosy and relaxing. waitresses service is commentable; attentive and frenly food taste heavenly.. menu can be more user frenly thou... can hv more pictures must try the fried salmon skin, chicken wings (not in pic) and the cheese scallop orange gratin is unique but i find taste ok, can try jus for once Spending: Approximately SGD 20(Lunch)
