The sealing department of Advanced Sealing Devices manufacture a wide variety of seals including o-rings (vacuum baked o-rings, PTFE encapsulated o-rings), hydraulic seals, u-cups, vee packings, double acting high pressure seals, T seals, PTFE seals, PTFE spring-energized seals (with V-springs, canted coil springs, helical springs, garter springs, meander springs - all make of stainless steel or PEEK), c-cups, wiper seals, bonded seals, backup seals, pneumatic seals, oil seals and moulded products. Our seals are used in customers manufacturing passenger cars, construction equipments, heavy duty trucks, commercial and military aircrafts, semiconductor processing equipments, pharmaceuticals, surgical instruments, drug delivery devices, oil and natural gas rigs, kitchen and bath fixtures, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, refrigeration and air conditioning components, fuel handling equipments and Research and Development houses.

We welcome small or large quantity orders. For large orders, we use injection moulding method and for small orders, we use rapid manufacturing technique. Beside offering standard type of materials in the seals, such as Nitrile, (Acrylonitrile Butadiene NBR), hydrogenated nitrile (HNBR), carboxylated nitrile (XNBR), Polyacrylate (ACM), ethylene proplyene (EPDM, EPM), butyl (IIR), silicone (MVQ, MFQ, MPVQ), Chloroprene (CR), Ethylene Acrylic (AEM), fluorosilicon (FMQ, FVMQ), hydrolysis resistant polyurethane (HPU), fluorocarbon (FKM, Viton), perfluoroelastomer (FFKM, Kalrez, Perlast), Tefrafluoroethylene Propylene Copolymer (Aflas, FEPM), Nylon, Nylon Graphite, Nylon Carbon, polyacetal (POM, Delrin, Acetal), PTFE, PTFE Carbon, PTFE Glass, PTFE Graphite, PTFE Bronze, PEEK. We can also formulate and compound an elastomer in our comprehensive laboratory to meet your special demand. All our manufactured items are inspected in our quality control department (see Metrology) and documented, before being sent to you.

Beside offering standard sizes, we can also make them non-standard, or one that will best fit and unique to your system.
