My favourite is the black pepper slipper lobster. It was fresh and slightly on the sweet side not overly spicy. Besides this, there are many other delightful seafood dishes on the menu too such Truffle Risotto with Pan Seared Scallop, Truffle Salt and Caviar Butter, Amritsari Fish, Freshly Sliced Sashimi and Soft Shell Crab Tempura available during Feast of the Seven Seas. All these mouthwatering items await alongside the selection of award winning cheeses from New Zealand, appertising starters, freshly baked bread and desserts.
Azur offers a wide selection of premium seafood, local and international delights for their buffet spread. My favorite would be their desserts, egg station and seafood section.
