With over 20 years of experience, Bace Resources had been the sole distributor for “Steinzeug | Keramo” vitrified clay pipe for both Jacking & Open-Trench pipes. In recent years, in line with our business development, we had embarked on new range of environmental friendly products. They are the Polyethylene Inspection Chambers & Manholes and Grease & Oil separators.

Vitrified clay pipes

We offer a comprehensive range of vitrified clay products for both jacking & open-trench application in accordance with EN295:1991. For open-trench application, the range of pipes is from DN100mm to DN1400mm. For jacking application, the range of pipes is from DN150mm to DN1200mm. We also offer a wide range of fittings and accessories to help overcome any problem or situation that may arise during installation. The vitrified clay pipes are at the forefront of environmentally friendly products because the basic raw materials are entirely natural surface minerals (clay and water).

Polyethylene grease separators

We offer a wide range of capacity of polyethylene grease separator, for both underground installation and free standing in accordance to standards EN 1825-1:2004. It consists of a sludge and a separation compartment incorporated with extension shaft and other accessories. The polyethylene grease separator is a very efficient receptacle to separate and collect fats, oils and greases (FOG) from the used water, preventing such materials from entering the public sewer system. Polyethylene grease separators are compact, much easier to be maintained, easily installed and have excellent corrosion resistance.

Polyethylene inspection chambers

We offer inspection chambers and manholes made of polyethylene (PE) in accordance to prEN13598. The polyethylene inspection chambers/manholes are rotomoulded from polyethylene, as opposed to conventional inspection chambers/manholes, which are constructed from reinforced concrete. Hence they are easily installed, corrosion resistance, durable, and environmentally friendly. A polyethylene manhole / inspection chamber is made up of a combination of various modular unit or combo units, with various diameters and heights.
