Named after Honoré de Balzac, the famous French novelist and playwright, the new Balzac Brasserie in Rendezvous Gallery serves up a slice of Paris the way its namesake does. Serving rustic French bistro classics, Balzac Brasserie is unpretentious and unassuming, but done with an amazing attention to details.

Really yummy rich thick sweet onion soup..I'll need to share this for sure. the lobster bisque (noticeably smaller portion), a signature dish of Chef Dubois, did not disappoint although my mom commented that the soup should be served hotter..and the fried prawns served on the side were really salty and greasy. But seriously, probably one of the best lobster bisques I've had.
