BizMerger evolved when KESH got involved in Real-estate and general Insurance sales with an enterprise called Pearl Realty way back in 1980 after leaving school in Malaysia. Thereafter, Kesh continued his services in property management while he is still a college student (KL, M’sia).

Kesh business engagement started in Singapore in 1997 with an opportunity to briefly manage a F&B outlet in Choa Chu Kang with support of his employer while in employment. KESH continued his employment shifting his focus from finance to management. Upon leaving his employment, he formed a Corporate consultancy business offering services in corporate functions like control system, coding, mergers, relocation, restructuring & credit control covering cities like Singapore, KL and HCMC. .

BizMerger has now found its niche in Business deals namely Takeovers of Education Ctrs and F&B outlets & Hotels. BizMerger also deals in properties covering cities of Singapore, KL & JB.
