BURLAMACCO is a carnival mask characteristic of the town of Viareggio in Tuscany where one of the most famous carnivals is celebrated. The lobster arrabiatta was really tasty (though my friend and I thought a spicier flavor would give it more of a kick, but it was good as is as well), the lobster was fresh.
