Requirements:
- At least 10 – 15 years of relevant and proven QA / QC experience;
- At least 3 years as a Quality Controller / Team Leader;
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or above (Civil Engineering or Quality) from an European or American university;
- A solid background and knowledge of overseas QA / QC procedures and planning preparations;
- Strong knowledge of various countries’ quality test codes;
- Knowledge of the various countries and international QA laws / regulations and regulatory agencies’ regulatory requirements and responsibilities, industry standards / current practices for QA / QC, and best management practices for QA / QC issues;
