EEC was opened by Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan on 28 Nov 2006, and was
Singapore's 1st one stop LASIK and Presbyopia (Lao Hua Yan) Treatment
Centre. Today, the 3,000 sq ft modern centre has expanded to provide a
wide range of eye services, including refractive surgery, presbyopia
treatment, cataract surgery, corneal transplants, glaucoma and diabete
eye screening and treatments, age-related macular degeneration
treatments, management of ocular inflammations and uveitis, retinal
services, oculoplastics surgery, myopia control
programmes for children and more.
