AmerFab Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore in 1990, by late Mr. Francis Ong
Heh Lai.
Mr. Francis Ong was involved in the manufacturing of machines
for many years. He was the G.M for Swedish International Trading Organization
and M.D of Manufacturing of Press brake and Shearing machines from Belgium for
more than 25 years. With his expertise in the manufacturing of machines, Amerfab
Pte Ltd was successfully formed.
The object was the distribution of well
known European, American and China metal working machines in S.E Asia as well as
to manufacture hydraulic press brakes and shears.
