Peranakan
Yen's Peranakan is located in the heart of Outram. Just a 3 minutes walk across Outram MRT station, our restaurant is
decorated in Peranakan setting with fine music to go with our authentic
Peranakan dishes. We expanded from a small unit at Peninsula Shopping Centre to
Kampong Bahru's shophouse located a few steps away from Baba House.
All recipes were inherited from my mother-in-law. Husband is a Peranakan
and I was formally from IT background. Both decided to venture into food
business to ensure we could continue to share our delicious Peranakan food with
others.
Popular dishes include Ayam Buah Keluak, Yam Lobak, Babi Pongteh, Ikan
Assam Pedas, Babi Shrimp, Kepiting soup and many others. Other than food, we
also have great desserts like Chendol, Durian latte, Avocado, Mango Pomelo,
etc.
