What is Endocrinology?

It is a field of medicine which deals with all the endocrine glands of the human body, the hormones produced by them, and their related disorders. Examples of endocrine glands would include the pituitary gland, the thyroid gland, the parathyroid glands, the adrenal glnads, the pancreas, the ovaries in a female and testes in a male.
