Jeannie began her jewelery-making career in wire work and beading with gemstones. She is especially fascinated and intrigued by natural stones for their color, texture, and shape and began collecting them as a hobby. Over the years, she has been steadily establishing a library of resources on the subject.
Jeannie's Gem Designs offers a wide variety of contemporary, unique, wearable jewelery made of precious metals (Pure Silver, Sterling Silver and 14K Gold Filled), non-precious metals (Brass, Bronze and Copper) and gemstones from around the world. The jewelery pieces are personally designed and handcrafted by Jeannie Hendra. Every piece of jewelery is carefully designed and crafted, with close attention paid to the viability of the design, materials used, color combination and quality control. Each jewelery design is available in limited editions only.
