Lifeskills – learning, practising, teaching and re-inventing, is something that our Principal Consultant and Trainer, Dicky Ong, has been doing for more than 20 years. With an engineering background, he moved to sales and in 1986, was recruited by a FTSE 250 multinational corporation and was on the fast track of the corporate ladder. In 3 short years (1989), he was appointed the 1st Asian expatriate ever by the Group to run its office in Indonesia. With his emphasis and teachings of lifeskills to the locals who worked with him, he unlocked their potential and increased the business five-fold in 3 years.
