Snowflake Ice which is also known as Snow Ice or Sliced Ice was an Ice Dessert created in Taiwan around 30 years ago. It is currently one of the top 3 Ice Desserts most loved by the Taiwanese. When Snowflake Ice was first created, it was only a milk ice block which was shaved until the texture was very smooth and fine. The colour of the ice was white and it resembled Snowflakes so it was named as Snowflake Ice.


In April 2010, 32 Degrees Fahrenheit and its Snowflake Ice Dessert Secret Recipe were bought over by Sky Gourmet Pte Ltd. Nevertheless, Sky Gourmet Pte Ltd will continue to use the brand name “32 Degrees Fahrenheit” which was established in 2008.


Sky Gourmet Pte Ltd will continue to serve quality Snowflake Ice Dessert by using consumer home use milk powder, condensed milk, minimum sugar and other natural or healthy products as the basic ingredients. This is to ensure that the final product is low in fat and low in sugar and will be a healthy alternative available in the market. The flavours and toppings have also been changed or modified to suit our local taste buds.
