Conveniently located at Bukit Timah and Hillview vicinity, Faith Montessori offers a full range of preschool education services based on the Montessori Method of Teaching.
Established as a childcare centre since 2000, Faith Montessori believes that children learn best through active participation and exploration. Children are involved in exploring the many activities available in the richly resourced classrooms. All the teachers are highly qualified with a minimum Diploma Certificate and are able to prepare lessons and interesting activities to excite the children’s interest and imagination.
Through the Montessori method of teaching, a child’s concentration, coordination and problem solving skills develop. A complete pre-school programme based on MOE’s framework for Kindergarten curriculum is offered that promotes a child’s skills in language (both English and Chinese), mathematics, science, physical coordination and personal development.
Faith Montessori believes in small group teaching with a child-teacher ratio ranging from 6 children (for Playgroup) to 12 children (for Kindergarten) to one teacher.
The school offers Half-Day and Full-Day childcare programmes from 7.30 am to 7.00 pm for children from 18 months to 6 years (Kindergarten) of age and after-school care for primary school students. Childcare fees range from S$500 to S$1000 per month, depending on the type of programme chosen. Enrichment classes are also offered for Speech & Drama, Art, Conversation classes and Swimming. Before and After School Care programmes incorporate Journal writing (Diary), Summary eriting for newspaper / magazine articles, games, art & craft, cooking and pre-examination revisions. Fees range from S$400 - S$580 per month. For the convenience for parents, school bus transportation is made available.
Registration is open throughout the year. However, early registration is recommended as this popular school has a waiting list.
