Grooming the exterior of cars count as a forte since GroomWorks is the only car-grooming centre in Singapore to have in-house dent masters who can save your beloved vehicle from unsightly dents with Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), which is indeed a rare expertise. In fact, armed with two dent masters, GroomWorks is proud to offer clients specialized professional solutions to small car dents. The largest dent GroomWorks had repaired to date is the size a tennis ball. These dent masters literally massage dents out from the malleable metal body of a car with minimal damage to its original paintwork. Notably, that not every car dent is salvageable at the hands of dent masters - results depend on the size and location of the dents. Anything too large runs a risk of an imperfect restoration; anything located on a bumper or anywhere else that is blocked by the car body's skeleton cannot be corrected by the PDR. Otherwise, your car can be restored to its former un-dented glory without undergoing a new paint job. GroomWorks not only pamper their clients' cars, they dote on the clients themselves as well. Refusing to rush their grooming process for every car, GroomWorks introduced the Courtesy Car six months ago to accommodate clients who need a means of transport while having their cars pampered. Clients who sign up as members are entitled to the privilege of loaning a Courtesy Car for a morning or an afternoon while their own vehicle is being groomed for a good 3 and a half hours. This service is rendered free-of-charge, although members are required to make reservations in advance. The two Courtesy Cars are available daily but availability is on a first come, first served basis.
* Packages & Rates
Rates are charged according to their physical size instead of their engine capacity at GroomWorks. Cars are roughly grouped into Small, Medium, Large and Luxury/MPV as per industry categories. For instance, a typical MINI Cooper will be considered a Small, a Ferrari 575M Maranello will be a Medium, a BMW E60 will be a Large, and a Honda Odyssey will be a Luxury/MVP. Charges range from $120 (Small) to $210 (Luxury/MVP) for a comprehensive grooming on both interior and exterior.
* The Service Crew
Other than the impressive dent masters, GroomWorks hold a pool of fully trained workers who go through stringent training, probations and tests to ensure their ability to handle every part of a car. Every employee in the workshop is cross-trained to be familiar with the process of grooming an entire car alone. Staffed by an eight men team per outlet, the company will not take in more than 15 cars a day to give customers optimum service satisfaction.
