Andy is a very dedicated salesperson.I bought wallpaper from him, and the service he render to me is fantastic.
Firstly, the comfort level is there. There is always a personal touch to it when he is attending to my requirements.
He will go all out, irregardless or whether we are messing up his office, to find the suitable wallpaper for us.
He went through all the trouble to find the right wallpaper, even went to my house to take measurements, and also to look at which wallpaper will best suit. After which, he will recommend me the nicest wallpaper depending on the theme of my room.
Throughout this experience, he never forced people to get very expensive stuff from him. He even took the trouble to call up and check for the availability of stock, of which in the end, unfortunately, I decided to only put wallpaper on one side of my room.
When the wallpaper was being done, he will also be personally be there to oversee everything, to make sure that the wallpaper is properly put. He is always cheerful and smiley, which really makes a customer very happy.
He is never pushy and has excellent service.
