I logged a call for a breakdown on the 3rd of March, within an hour Wa’ee was on site. He diagnosed the fault, moved the machine into the designated area and promised that the machine would be repaired by 11h00 the following day! Wa’ee returned to site on the 4th of March and got the machine repaired and running by 09:00, NOW THAT’S SERVICE AT ITS PEAK!!!
