Aircond maintenance

1.Normal service rm15.00 (at least 3 unit per visit)
-What we do on normal service is cleaning indoor cover, filter, wipe cooling coil and Clearing of water condensation drainage systems

2.Chemical overhaul service. 1.0hp-1.5hp rm120.00 (chemical service are done without dismantling indoor cooling coils units)
-What we do on chemical overhaul service is cleaning indoor cover, drain pan, drainage system, indoor blower, filter, wash (using chemical and high pressure water pump) indoor cooling coils and outdoor condenser coils and top-up gas.
-One month warranty for water leakage.

3. General Service (rm80 only for 1.0hp-1.5hp)
-We just chemical service partially, either wash indoor or outdoor unit

For information the air condition unit need to be service at least 6 month or 1 year depending on the location.
servicing your aircond will extend the life of your conditioner, saving power and ensuring air quality in your home or office from dust, odor, virus etc... to stay healthy.

Yearly Aircond Maintenance Contract

-For 1 year you don't have to worry about your aircond, we will do all the necessary maintenance (3 normal services, 1 chemical service, unlimited checking and solving aircond leaking and top up gas r22), you only need to pay rm200/unit. We are going to check your aircond condition every 3 months, either got problem or not, just to ensure your aircond in higher performance, be more energy efficient and will have longer lifespan.
