Our Wedding Planning Package

Silver Service-Wedding Planning & Coordination Services packag(From A to Z)This is suitable for those who are looking for assistant in actual day morning ceremony and night dinner reception.

The package including:-

1.Initial consultation with bride and groom

2.Prepare a budget

3.Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists

4.Assist in selection of ceremony/reception venues: price, dishes and environment comparison (suggest 1 year before)

5.Assist in selecting color scheme, theme and style of the wedding & arrange for hall & house decoration

6.Assist in printing of invitation cards & other stationeries.

7.Assist in selection of door gifts, wedding car, wedding cake/cupcake

8.Assist in selection of soft toys, Ang pow, tradition necessities

9.Supply the source/vendor lists Eg: Florist, photographer, videographer, caterer, baker, liquor/wine, hall decorator, emcee, live band, performers (dancing), Dai Kam Jie, and PA system vendor etc (we also help to source external independent pre-wedding photographer + gown rental/custom made + make up that suits you, not bridal houses)

10.Schedule appointments with vendors.(whenever necessary)

11.Review contracts and coordinates with vendors

12.Prepare details and contact information(guest lists) for wedding ceremony and receptions.

13.Assist in selection of music, video MTV, performance schedules.

14.Assist in arrangement of transportation/accommodation for out-of town guest

15.Confirm and brief all related parties on the flow of events on wedding day.

16.Arrange and take control on the actual day morning ceremony. Ensure the food is serve warm, help to clean up the place after event etc.

17.Oversee the set up and decorations of the reception venue

18.Instruct attendants and helpers in the restaurant about their duties

19.Coordinate with the photographer, makeup artist, installer to ensure everything on track.

20.Coordinate with the Banquet Manager, Emcee, live band, PA system on the flow of events and program.

21.Manage the wine/ hard liquor/ beer consumption during cocktail and dinner time

22.Assist in final payments and necessary tips to service providers.

23.Supervise and assist with service provider clean up at end of evening. Ensure balance of wine/liquor and food are properly packed for families to bring home.

*** Free child hood / registration slide show editing to play during your dinner.

??What is not included:

1. Traditional/cultural procedures in your native/ religion/ or any rules to follow under family law. Please discuss with us, there are so many styles on chinese, christian wedding that we might need further advices from professional/parent. But, we will help to sort it out and make everyone happy.

2. If you are engaging bridal house, we will not interfere with their services. The sale personnel will give you enough information, reminder on choosing, picking up the items. Of course, you can get opinion from us if you are not sure on anything.

3. Registration on marriage. We will provide the info & the steps to follow because the goverment servant needs the bride & groom to submit the form on their own.

If you are had booked your photographer, videographer, your dinner venue, make up artist, bridal house/ pre-wedding package and looking for someone to follow up and assist on the miscellaneous items, you may conside the following package:
