Variety have been working with hotels and other meeting establishments facilities since our founding in 1996. We believe in forging a strong partnership with hotels or meeting establishments, either directly or indirectly, to support their clients and provide superb service to everyone involved. We strive to become effective collaborators with hotel staff, meeting planners, and conference coordinators to help address the broad audio visual requirements while ensuring that the hotel or facility is not forgotten in the process.

COHESIVE PARTNERSHIP | Variety has found that through cohesive partnerships we are able to provide a consistent level of service to our properties and its clients due to our dedicated on-site staff working with the hotel sales and operational teams on a daily basis. We partake in all areas within the hotel ranging from working with the sales department to help secure business, attending site visits for prospective clients, working with the banquets department to facilitate room setups and changes, and ultimately working with clients to find audio visual solutions that meet their needs. We believe that we need to operate as a seamless extension of our hotel partners.
SALES & MARKETING | Variety will partner with the sales and catering staff to promote the sales of AV equipment and services at the hotel. Depending on the preference and requirements of the client, work hand-in-hand with the sales and catering staff of the hotel to help determine and sell the audio visual requirements of clients of the hotel to facilitate a “single point of contact” with the hotel. Whether we are asked to be the primary AV sales contact or serve as a complimentary support to the sales and catering staff, Variety will ensure that the needs of the hotel and its clients are met.
MANAGEMENT | Our Managing Director, Mr Danny Yeo personally oversees all of our in-house operations by working directly with the hotel staff thus ensuring the quality of service and equipment provided meets the highest standards. We had the privilege of also having a cohesive and competent team of audio visual technicians with the never ending strive for service excellence.
This approach had won us many fans over the years of operations.
