We operate in a central kitchen at Bedok that house our Hot & Cold Kitchen. As all food is prepared in-house, the need to collect food from different kitchens or supplier is eliminated, thus maintaining the freshness of the food. To improve the cooking standards of all our highly experienced chefs, we have also compiled a manual on all standardized recipes, so that the taste of dishes cooked by different chefs will not vary.
