Scope of Work

1. To ensure the smooth air circulation of Fan Coil Unit (F.C.U) and Condensing Unit (C.U.).
2. Fan coil/ indoor - Cleaning of cover
3. Fan coil/ indoor - Cleaning of air filter
4. Fan coil/ indoor - Cleaning of drain pan
5. Fan coil/ indoor - Cleaning of cooling coil
6. Fan coil/ indoor - Cleaning of blower coil
7. Fan coil/ indoor - Cleaning of Cross Flow Fan
8. Drainage - Flushing
9. Drainage - vacuuming
10. Condensing/outdoor – Blow of condensing (For service package customer only)
11. Condensing/outdoor – Check refrigerant level (P.S.I.)
12. Condensing/outdoor – Top up gas ( chargeable)
13. Indoor/outdoor – Testing & commissioning of the system

Terms & Conditions

• THL is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of this service.
• For Unsatisfied Service: within the 3-days, we will refund the full dollar amount as charged. No further demand of payment from THL beyond the dollar amount charged.
• For Unsatisfied Repair: Replacement parts installed by THL are to be collected back. THL is not liable to return the dismantled, damaged and old parts due to circumstances that might cause the return to be not possible. No further demand of payment from THL beyond the dollar amount charged.
• All incidental or consequential damages are expressively excluded.
• THL reserves the rights to amend, add, delete or vary any of the above terms and conditions and exclusion clauses with regards to this service without prior notice.
