- Please place your order 3 - 5 days in advance for big orders
- Please place your order 5 - 7 days in advance during peak season
- Delivery fee of $12.00 for order around Balestier
- Delivery fee of $15.00 - $25.00 for other areas, please call to check.
- Delivery fee of $25.00 or more for restricted area, please call to check.
- For redirection of delivery or subsequent attempt, additional fee of $10.00 - $25.00 will be imposed.
- For Cancellation of orders, there will be a 50% cancellation fee if the arrangement has been made but not delivered.
- Delivery fee is subject to changes according to the petrol rate.
In any cases that Hai Xun (Florist) fail to deliver the orders, we will refund the amount that you had paid. Time allowances is needed for the refund.
Substitutions of Flowers, colours of flowers, basket, vase, gifts, soft toys or chocolate may be necessary and subjected to flower condition & availability. Our service staff will contact the customer for any changes before we proceed. Unless we are not able to contact the customer in time for delivery then we will substitute the items without informing.
We, Hai Xun (Florist) will not take responsibilities for late or non-deliveries as follows:
- Recipient is not present and no one there to receive the order.
- Wrong address, no such person or wrong date given for delivery.
- No Valid contact number provided for us to contact.
