We will call you within a few hours, 1 or more days in advance before we deliver your laundry. Free delivery & collection with a minimum amount of $20.00 at Sembawang, Woodlands, Marsiling, Yishun, Hougang, Seng Kang & Ponggol.
Hai Xun (laundry) will not take responsibilities for late or non-deliveries as follows:
- Recipient is not present and no one there to receive the Laundry
- Wrong address or wrong date given for delivery.
- No Valid contact number provided for us to contact.
No liability will be accepted for loss of buttons, ornaments, anything left in the pockets or any part of the garments. No liability will be accepted for shrinkage, colour runs, fading, defects or damages arising during treatment which might be due to method of manufacture or deterioration be wear & exposure. Stains can be removed upon customer's request & will be done at his/her own risks with additional charges. Total removal of stains is not guaranteed. If an article is proved to have been lost or damaged in the case of fire or through negligence whilst in our hands, compensation shall not exceed more than 8 times of the service rates or S$50.00 for each article, whichever is lesser & with notification within 24hours after receipt of article. No liability will be accepted for articles that are not collected after a month.
