How will i communicate with my online designer?
Online collaboration via CISCO Webex and Emails is our basic form of communication. Our client may open a free account with CISCO Webex at  or use an account provided by online office design.com

Both Client and Designer will log-in via meetings.webex.com and communicate via this platform.

What is the design process like?

We aim to simplify the design process by mimicking real world situations and applying it over the internet, Similar to normal practice onlineofficedesigner.com provides an extensive list of questionnaires that outputs into a project brief that will then serve as our guide throughout the entire analysis and design process. This brief will manifest itself into a floorplan followed by 3D visuals for client approval.

Any time limit for web meetings or project duration?
Our objective is always provide the best possible design solution for the client under normal circumstances, revisions and changes are part of the design process, nevertheless we have to limit them to three (3) per project. As for the time there is an hourly limit to every scheduled web meeting and 30 mins. for spontaneous meeting subject to availability of the designer.   

How can i get hold of the final design documents?
Upon sign off, softcopies will be provided for immediate delivery over a secure FTP server. While hardcopies will be couriered over to your premises. It’s that simple!

How about the construction and renovation?
Our online clients may wish to extend our services into Construction Management which includes preparation of construction drawings and full time on-site supervision.

To assure considerable cost savings we can also facilitate budgeting and cost estimates by providing a full breakdown of the project cost which will be based on direct contractor and vendor rate. 

Lastly, we will assist the clients in the submission of the necessary documents to the relevant authorities.
