What about shoes?Dark brown should be considered a neutral that goes best with navy, brown, tan or gray.
Navy or tan trousers are your best bet to pair with medium-brown shoes. Use either of these shades to set off a shoe's unique pattern, texture, and burnishing.
Gray shoes are an unexpected alternative and work best with black and gray. A sophisticated move: pairing them with a rich brown.
Color has emotion.
"Color is a vibration of light; it has an emotion, an intensity. You can enhance your life by adopting color in a therapeutic way. Take it step by step: Start with a pastel and pair it with a traditional suit. Next, try new combinations of colors with shirts, pocket squares, or ties. When you're ready, dare to wear brighter colors, even for a jacket. Remember that black is the absence of light!"

No time to exercise?
I have heard many excuses people give just to not exercise.I will do it tomorrow. (Tomorrow never comes, period.)
I have no time, too much work.
I only have time left for my family and kids after work.
I am too old, working out is for the young. (If you don't keep yourself strong and healthy at any age, you will be at risk to osteoporosis, diabetes, heart disease. The list goes on.)
It is all about time management. We all have commitments, work and family. It may seem difficult at first, so here's a little set I created specially for those who can spare a good 5 minutes everyday to start working out. Follow accordingly: 3-10 push ups, 5-10 squats, 3-10 push-ups back to back, that would be one round of exercises. If you are able to, try to finish 3 rounds with 2 mins rest in-between.
Start with baby steps 5 minutes a day for the first week then increase it to 10mins. It will definitely help in the long run.

Warming Up
Why do we need to warm up before starting any form of exercise? When I first started training, whether it was in the weight room or for sports, I did not care to warm up and would usually get myself injured. It was a pain not being able to progress ahead and nurse so many injuries.
It was only when I started courses on being a personal trainer more than ten years ago, that I understood the importance of warming up. I learned more about our body mechanics and proper posture.
The general role of warming up is to heat up the muscles and tendons with dynamic movement i.e. carrying lighter weights to get the joints lubricated. That will get you ready for your actual workout and give you the ability to lift heavier weights and limiting the risk of injuries.
You would not want to sustain unnecessary injuries and be delayed from progressing ahead. Trust me, warm up.

Best Time for a Run
When is the best time to go for a run?I always tell my clients to go for a run right after they wake up to burn the most amount of fat. Drink a glass of water and head on out.
Why is that so?
When you first wake up, your supply of carbohydrates is depleted and the hormonal state makes body fat more accessible if you exercise.
The aim is just to do some moderate running/jogging for a duration of around 30-45mins.
Try it out! This will help in the fat loss department tremendously. Nearly 90% of my clients follow this with their strength training routines and have seen great results a lot faster.
