- Absolute Piano LLP will do its best to accommodate your preferred date and that in the event that your preferred date is not available, Absolute Piano LLP will endeavor to offer an alternative date.
- Absolute Piano LLP shall retain the intellectual property rights over all existing and any new works created for or during the delivery of this trial classes any. This shall include copyright in photographs and video recordings of a class being taught by one or more of the Teachers. Such materials may be used for enhancing the training of the Teachers or for marketing purposes.
- Parents agree to indemnify Absolute Piano LLP , its officers, directors and employees against any injury to their child arising from the trial classes, as the programs have different kinds of movements by their nature.
