Di Yi F&B is first and foremost a Chinese restaurant that serves food prepared Hong Kong-style. However, we have also gone on to explore different types of cooking including Halal, western, and vegetarian to name a few. Since 2006, we have opened two outlets that allow us to share our dishes with a greater number of people. Despite catering to two different markets, the dedication we put in creating our dishes remain the same in both stores. To add to the quality and value of our food, we put importance in the freshness of the ingredients that we use. We avoid using items that have very high amounts of preservatives and food-coloring, ensuring that you are able to fully enjoy the innate and intended flavors of each cuisine. |

Opened in 2006, this outlet is headed by Mr. Kwok Ngan Sing – an executive chef who is originally from Hongkong. Having a chef who has had 40 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, we offer a wide range of traditional Hongkong dishes including our house favorites: Imperial Crab, Special Roast Duck, and Signature Fresh Vegetable Juice. Located at Kaki Bukit Road, our store can handle up to 130 people, making it a favorite place among business men and executives to close business deals, celebrate achievements, and hold other types of company gatherings. |
